I had this shinny metal skull dagger with red glow in the dark eyes.

I super glued a metal spike with an extremely sharp point.

I made a neck sheath out of clear plastic tubing. It holds the knife in unless you pull it out. Black nylon neck cord.

6 1/2″ OAL,  5″ Spike to base of the skull, 3/16″ round (about the size of a pencil)
