Alabama knifemaker Mel Pardueis a popular knifemaker and his knives are hard to get. He is involved in collabrations with factory knives and doesnt make as many as he used to. He is a member of the knifemakers guild. His knives are very collectible. This knife is unused Very nice medium size linerlock folding knife. Christmas tree acrylic scales over white spacers, Stippled titanium bolster. Mel cut notches in the blade. The notches allow one to open the knife using the thumb and revolving the blade. It takes a little practice to open fast. Blue color titanium frame and linerlock. Clip point blade has a satin finish and has Mel PARDUE logo stamped on one side of blade. Great grind lines. Not sure what steel Mel used for the blade Very smooth action. No blade play. 4.5 Closed, 3.0 blade, 1 wide.
